On entering houses:
Like we said before;
"It should be noted your residence is not designated a safe zone, however please use your best judgment if you do decide to target your "assignment" at their home."
After the "Gaffney Incident" it has come to our attention an need to clarify this rule.
The one time that restrictions will never be put on entry into a house is if you are chased into your own home, if you have a problem with that, do not run into your house.
Otherwise we will be employing a "Knock First" Standard. What does this mean.
1. Prior to unknown and unauthorized entry to one's home, you must first ring the doorbell or, in the case of no doorbell, knock on the front door. This may be done by yourself or a henchman.
2. Should no one come to the door, you may not attempt to enter the house, but may remain outside to "steak out" as long as you wish.
Note: "Responsibilities of the Target" if you are home and you hear your doorbell or someone knocking, you or a representative of your household must make yourself known to the "ringer/knocker." This does not mean the door needs to be opened, just let the person know you are home. Should the target fails to do this they will have the remaining days they have to get their own target cut in half, rounded down to the nearest half. (If you had 5 day's left you would only have 2.)
Should a party answer the door, and you have INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE that your target is home, we will again leave the choice to enter up to the attacker's "best judgment." However should your actions be seen as "unfit" in the eyes of the Umpire you will face consequences from the kill not counting ranging to ejection from the game. Remember an action may be ok in a particular situation, yet may be completely out of line in another.
